MEATH WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY. ELLIE AND JAMES WEDDING WITH CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE MILLHOUSE, SLANE, IRELAND.
I arrived at the Millhouse in advance, as usual, to take test and still shots, check the light and plan the day.
This exceptional venue is such an ideal location, situated on the banks of the River Boyne and accompanied by the magical and unique Mill ceremony room. The Georgian Manor house provides a manifold of wedding memory opportunities surrounded by the natural beauty of nature, a manifest of trees and quaint outdoor settings.
The weather was perhaps irrelevant that day as it allowed Ellie and James, with all their guests, to capitalize on the essence this alternative wedding venue offers. So much so, it added to the peaceful atmosphere, enabling a chapter of relaxed photos by the old Mill and river.
The drone followed through capturing aerial shots and video snippets revealing an additional dimension and stunning views to this wonderful wedding chapter of Ellie and James.
The remainder of the evening was invested in documenting the Bride and Groom’s joy in mingling with their family members and guests. It was indeed an honour to be present and witness such sincere emotions and happiness for the wonderful couple. My personal favourite part of the wedding event encapsulating those candid moments where I become invisible, meandering through the guests and entrapping those special sincere moments of emotion and happiness....the essence of Ellie and James special day.
