So here we go! The best of my 2020 photo collection - not an easy task!
With such an amazing start to the year it was quickly followed by uncertainty, anxiety and frustration in such unprecedented times never before experienced by any of us. My heart went out to all the beautiful couples, with such advanced and careful planning of their special day, only to be met with an extreme change of circumstances in a blink of an eye!
Rescheduling of new dates and collaborating with other wedding suppliers proved challenging for everyone involved. However, I am delighted to be able to say that the vast majority of my bookings were successfully moved without any changes in price and conditions.
Although there were far less weddings than originally planned, I was blessed to have a wedding photo shoot on the very last day before the March lockdown and again, on the first first day once restrictions were lifted! I was only too happy to get back to work, doing what I love most! I am thrilled I won multiple international awards this year and some of my clients wedding stories have been featured on the venue's various social media pages, blogs and websites. I am so grateful and wish to sincerely thank all my clients, wedding suppliers, venue staff, my peers and to my own family for the wonderful support and understanding I received throughout the year. With an almost fully booked 2021 calendar ahead and dates filling up for 2022, I can only say how truly blessed I feel to have the honour and privilege to work alongside such wonderful people on their special day and during these difficult times.
